Facebook and Twitter confidentiality at office

In regards to the article about 5 reasons to block Facebook and Twitter at your office, I have different idea. I think instead of blocking Facebook and Twitter create a new company policy! Company policies should be dynamic.

We are now in a new world that is fast, actually moving very fast in such a way we have to cope with it and not to follow the history which is blocking things! Also everybody now likes liberty, everyone will move wherever they’ll find it!

An example is the Blackberry issues that happened in some countries. Look at the news for more information about it.

So in order the companies to survive they have to manage the rapid fast changes that are happening around us instead of blocking things.
